Steem Hardfork 21 is Almost Here!
Today is the launch date of Steem's 21st Hardfork.
SteemDevs Discord has a #hf21-launch channel that is going to be used to answer user questions and address any concerns they may have throughout the course of the day.
Two major changes that will be added with the hardfork are the steem worker proposal system, and the new EIP.
The worker proposal system is straightforward and should help bridge the gap of development by community devs on Steem since they are able to secure funding.
The EIP is a proposal that will alter the voting reward curve, change the split between curators and authors, and lessen the reverse auction voting window, amongst others.
What do you think is going to happen?
Will Steem upgrade without issue or downtime, or will things go drastically wrong? Leave your comments below and hopefully everything will execute exactly as planned.
