Hello, Hivers! Good day! How are you? I hope you are doing great. Today, I will be sharing with you my all-time favorite dessert.
"Stressed is desserts spelled backwards."-Unknown
The end of the school year means teachers' busiest days and nights. We have to deal with forms, meet schedules of checking, submit reports, and set everything for the graduation ceremonies. This is the season when teachers are the busiest (we even forgot to pee for the reports and things we have to accomplish), the perfectionist (for there is no room for mistakes when it comes to forms), and the least in patience (especially if we dedicate our time in writing forms and suddenly we were disturbed). In other words, we are stressed.😂
Short Story Time
I had a student before who knew exactly how to keep me calm when stress started to consume my senses. She would bring me a tub of mango float. (Her sister used to make this dessert to sell in the neighborhood for additional income. It costs 50 pesos (0.92 USD) per tub, so I had to pay her 70 pesos (1.29 USD), 50 for her sister, and 20 for her allowance, for also bringing me the dessert.)😊 This cools me down. This makes me regain my focus at work.
Our latest photo together. She is scheduled to graduate college next month. Congratulations!
Going back, because of the teacher's year-end reports, my palate is seeking for a dessert. Since mango float is easily made with few ingredients, I made my own, free and unlimited, for my own consumption. Haha stress made me look like an orphan.
Ingredients
2 packs of Mango Graham biscuits
2 250ml all-purpose cream
1 can of condensed milk
2 medium-sized ripe mango (half a kilo)
What to prepare?
✅Prepare the tubs.
✅For the graham biscuits, I prefer them to be smashed so that the liquid mixture can easily penetrate. So, I had it smashed first.
✅Mix the condensed milk and all-purpose cream (I preferred the latter to be chilled so that I can have the volume and consistency that I want)
✅Slice the mango.
Here are the easy steps to follow.
After all the ingredients are set, now let's start making our mango graham float.
First, drizzle the tub with the smashed graham biscuit. This serves as our base.
Second, pour the liquid mixture (condensed milk and all-purpose cream).
Next, top it with the sliced mangoes. If you are generous enough, add more. (We don't deserve less for ourselves, right?😉)
Do the same steps until it fills the tub. On the last layer, put everything you have. I mean put all the mangoes left to make it tempting and even more tastier (double comparison for the emphasis, ahhaha) Save the best for last, they say.😊
Lastly, placed it in the refrigerator. Wait for it to chill.
And then, here it is! Ready to quench my craving and entertain my palate.

I also recycled one of the coffee cups and filled it with mango graham float.
Mango graham float is one of the easiest desserts to prepare. You can have it done with eyes closed, that's how easy it is.😂It is best for any occasion, any weather, any circumstances, and any mood - stressed or not. 😂
This is all for today. Thank you so much for reading this far. Be well. Be safe. Until the netswriting.
