Some pictures of buildings in the city area taken when I was out the week before last.

This is South Beach. Quite eye-catching buildings. I guess the design has to reflect their prestige.

South Beach is a prestigious integrated development at the heart of the most buzzing districts of Singapore. The iconic development will have residential and commercial establishments featuring a luxury condo with apartments and penthouses, upscale office spaces and retail outlets. In addition to that, South Beach would also be home to a hotel and an exclusive clubhouse for members and numerous recreational amenities. 👉 Source

The raffles city houses two hotels (the Swissotel and Beauford), an office tower and a shopping complex.

The rest are buildings in the city area that stood out .

The roads in the area were blocked in preparation for the F1 race over the weekend
