In my city, yesterday was the last day of New Year's celebrations, so today you can hardly see a festive atmosphere and a decorated city on the streets. Although New Year's and Christmas holidays are my favorite holidays throughout the year, unfortunately this year passed without snow and snow cover.. Regardless, I decided to spend yesterday in a festive atmosphere and visit all the places in my city that will refresh me a picture of the New Year and Christmas and which will keep that image of idyll in my head until the next year's celebration.
Unlike previous years, something different was done in my town this year... a mini-village was created where all important events took place, and the main reason for creating a place like this was the children's joy and fulfilling their time. Of course, even though I'm no longer a child, I couldn't resist this place after looking at the pictures and videos on the internet, which were the decisive reason to visit this place..
Even though it was the last day that this place was open, I can't tell you how crowded it was.. how many children, adults, how many open stalls with sweets, food, drinks... all in one place.. The feeling when you see all those people happy, satisfied.. nothing can replace it.. Christmas and New Year for me are the most joyful holidays of the year, and this place strengthened that joy even more and made it bigger..
In this post, I will show you pictures of some special parts of this "Winter Fairy Tale" that left a special impression on me and which I was happy about as a little child...
Of course, in the first place are Christmas trees... they represent the first step in decorating my house every year and what gives a special charm and beauty to my living space. Here I have singled out several of the most beautiful Christmas trees for me this year, photographed during the day and in the evening, and so beautiful. There you can also see the beautifully decorated stalls that I managed to take a picture of when there was no one there because the lines before this photo were too long and there were too many people..
In addition to the food stalls, there were cafes inside one of the trains, where you could enter to take a drink and warm yourself by the fire, while you could find ice cream in a mini-pink truck.
How do you mean winter without skating? Of course, there is no winter without an ice rink... and who will be most delighted with this part of the winter fairy tale? Well, of course, children. Everything was so beautifully organized.. the kids could sit by the fireplace and enjoy getting ready to skate.. they could change their clothes, put on their clothes and enjoy the charms of this beautiful place.. what I especially liked were the mini - stoves where the fire was lit, as well as blankets that anyone could take or even towels for children who fall on the rink and get wet... And they also had the opportunity to sit on a sled pulled by reindeer if they got tired of skating or even standing on a real red truck.
What left a special impression on me was a mini-car on which packages and gifts were placed.. How it all looked, you can see below..
And finally... trumpeters dressed in Santa's suits... what an end to a beautiful day and the beginning of a new year...
