A root was recently discovered on a Caribbean island. So I, Chef Gustav, will personally go to harvest this final ingredient for my new signature soup.
I want to feature it on my restaurant's menu; for years, I have been determined to cook the world's best soup for my daughters to enjoy. I have experimented with many ingredients in the kitchen, but none truly satisfied me—or so I thought, until I heard rumors about the Calac root.
