You cannot fly like an eagle with the wings of a wren.

Hello Feathered Friends Lovers,
This week I am expecting to see your entries for #SMaP - Show Me A Photo Contest and the theme is WINGS. Here is the link to the contest post - Feathered Friends - Show Me A Photo Contest Round 77. Click and join the fun.
Let me dig in my archive and see what photos I have to illustrate the wings. May be this one, the abundance of wings - the squadron of pelicans.
Spectacular sight, especially when the flocks, or in the case of the pelicans - the squadrons are big and hundreds of birds fly silently, what a view!
And here we have seagulls who love to drink water from the fountain. I am impressed of how clean they are, despite they rummage the rubbish bins so often.
From big birds to small birds with small but colourful wings - the Eurasian Goldfinch.
I was almost to miss it, because the puddle was crowded by house martins, who were busy collecting mud for their nests.
And here they are, the house martins and more small wings. They are so fast in flight, almost impossible for me to have clear shot, but when tney are gathering around the puddle, I could approach slowly without scaring them and hope for some decent images,
Now I am expecting your photos of wings. Show me what you've got. I am thrilled to see your entries. You have time till Sunday, when is the contest post payout.
Happy birding and may the feather be with you! 😉🕊
