Magpies, birds, that are so commmon and yet challenging to photograph. Unlike the small birds, they can be easily spotted, but not very keen to stay still and let me take a picture. Usually they fly away when I tried to approach and shorten the distance. But once, the magpie I saw perching on a pole, wasn't afraid of me and let me make few shots.

Next is another bird. This time I wasn't very close. You can see how long the tail is. They know when I am pointing the camera towards them birds.

Magpies build their nests high and here is a photo I took in March when the birds were just making theirs. I saw one of them flying with a twig in the beak. I am sure I has used that photo in some of my old posts.

Soon, the trees will be bare and I can see the nests again.

And while browsing my old photos I found some I took of flying magpie. I probably have posted them before. Apology for that. So I though to change the image a bit. I haven't played with the editting apps recently. ToolWiz app comes handy and the texture like a wall made the image look like a mural.

This is the crooped and slightly edited photo I used for my editting experiment.

I have to admit that the last photos of magpies I deleted by mistake from the tablet. Silly me. There was a bird standing on the wall of the block of flats. I have seen sparrows or jackdaws hanging on the walls, but never magpies. Hope to have another chance.

And that's al for now.
