Feathered Friends on Friday

Hello Feathered friends. Are you ready for take-off?

I had some lucky shots of birds flying, not of the best quality but this is a start.

I can't stop thinking of the Night Watch each time when I see a crow. Maybe because I am watching again Game of Thrones.

Seagulls are always flying around and I use every opportunity for clear shot. So, here are couple of shots.

Pigeons are not among my favourite, but they can be good models, like this one.

The other day I heard a nice singing bird standing on top of the tree. The weather was horrible, it was drizzling and the images were more like silhouettes. I lifted up the shadow to get better picture of the bird.

I am not sure if this is a finch.

Next shot is of a great tit getting out if its hole. I saw it entered and missed the moment the bird got out. Soon it was back and I stood with camera ready pointing at the hole and I managed one shot.

Now I know where this little bird nests and maybe I could have more lucky shots.
