Por ello, debes practicar el encuentro contigo mismo a través de un redescubrimiento con tu interior, a lo que normalmente llamamos meditación o respiración consciente, la meditación nos dará el inicio a todo lo maravilloso que encierra la energía divina del yo soy, su manifestación, dependerá que tanto le dediques a ese encuentro, cuando lo hagas repite tu mejor mantra de sanación y liberación, para que fluya el amor, la paz y la energía divina en ti.

Debes cultivarla cada día, imagínate que estás cuidando de tí y que cada día para vivir debes encontrarte con tu yo interior, que te habla y se manifiesta en tí, a través de la palabra interior de tu yo soy, que es uno y reside en tí.
