Pomelo Flesh
Down in Florida, we have these giant fruits that look like overeager grapefruits. Pomelos. Huge, fleshy, but not particularly worth the effort to eat them. Tastes like a mild grapefruit, but you really have to work to get enough onto a spoon.
Still, since we've never had one before we grabbed one at the local farmers market. Orange enough for Orange Tuesday!
