This is a weekly curation showcasing the needlework of our very own HIVEians.
Every Monday we get together to share our love and passion for the needle arts, posting from the NeedleWorkMonday Community and using the #needleworkmonday tag. On all other days we use the #needlework tag. We enjoy each other’s creations, ideas, patterns, tips and shortcuts.
Let us as a community, continue to show our love and support by visiting and commenting on each other's work while inspiring one another with the beautiful works of needle art that we do. Nothing makes a heart happier than to read a supportive comment from a fellow member!

"Hello everyone! It’s NeedleworkMonday again, and I’m excited to share a little discovery I made while working on a recent commission project.
Remember Claire? She was the last customer I told you about — the one who asked me to make crochet flower earrings in three sizes: 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm.
Once I completed her request and showed her the three sizes, she loved them so much that she immediately placed her final order — and it was quite the challenge! She wanted three different earring designs in ten beautiful color themes".
"When I watch a piece of fabric come to life and become something so beautiful It reminds me that to make my dreams come true, all I need is the willingness to do so. Before I learnt how to sew, I would see people wear flowery dress and be like wow the designer must be a magician to bring to life something so gorgeous. And now, looking at every dress I have perfected I too feel like one. Not just sewing, but I know for certain, that every vision I have I can bring it all to life. Today I can decide to teach you a dress or share with you a great moral lesson that such a simples dress taught me, you too can do It."
"Happy and blessed day to all of you. I am grateful to be able to make this post today, Monday, where I will show you how I made this beautiful bright royal blue swimsuit. A friend asked me to make her a two-piece swimsuit, with a top and bottom, but at the same time connected by a ring on each side of the waist or side. She brought me a swimsuit she already had as a reference, but it was a one-piece. So, based on that measurement, I was able to cut out the pieces from this other one to make it fit her well, while also leaving the straps a little long so I could connect them."

"Hello #Needleworkmonday It's a pleasure to be here today presenting a beautiful crochet project. A frog hat. I started this on a trip I took to the capital city last week. Even though I had some finished projects, I decided to finish this hat, and I did it. The eyes were the hardest part because I ran out of apple green yarn. I had to use two dark green caps. Here are the details of how I made it."
