Cycling through a big city - My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2026
With 2 planned routes too big for today and no inspiration for where to go for about 60km, I let Garmin decide where to go: straight through the city of Utrecht, something I would have never plan myself but hey, why not! There's only one way to find out if it's why I think it's like, too busy...
Conclusion: I was right 馃槄 too many damn traffic lights and closed roads I had to get around and then get back to my planned course.
In the afternoon I played World of Warcraft with my daughter and watched the 6th stage of the Tour de France, the best stage so far I think although it would've been better if Vingegaard was able to stay closer to Pogacar, a nasty fall for the current yellow jersey holder Thorstein Traeen, it looked like he started to brake too late for the corner, hit the wheel of his team mate and went over the bars 馃槺
