Description from Strava: First time I tried out Ronnestad interval blocks and I really like them! 3 x 13 sets of 30 seconds at 115% of FTP, followed by 15 seconds of rest at 50% of FTP, it wasn't too bad and I could've gone further so this proves I now have to work more on my strength than on my endurance..
