There are situations, people or material things that fill us with physical and emotional satisfaction, this is known as Happiness. However, there are internal and external factors that make it difficult for us to be happy. The main obstacle to happiness is ourselves, when we demand more of what we can give in search of perfection and we are never satisfied with the life we lead.
In the same way, it happens when we expect that those around us (family, friends, co-workers or students) behave as we wish and pay us due attention. However, the reality is that human beings are imperfect and we all tend to be mistaken for inexperience, immaturity, negligence, distraction or external factors beyond our control such as the weather, the economic or political situation of a place or a certain time .
To demand a lot of ourselves, and our environment, creates an environment of constant emotional tension that could affect even our physical health. This situation of discontent drives us away from happiness and bitterness in our lives. In order to be happy we must accept ourselves as we are, face without fear the difficulties that come our way in life and stop feeling guilty for something that has gone wrong or that we have stopped doing. Thinking a lot about our failures or difficulties leads us to unnecessary suffering that makes it difficult for us to get ahead.
Many times stress prevents us from seeing some important things. It is advisable to sleep well and avoid grudges in order to develop our creativity and thus find the most appropriate solutions to our problems. Having a good disposition towards life and observing the positive things that happen to us will help us to be happy. Maybe we will learn to value many things that were previously unnoticed.
