Hello, how's hive's closest friend? It feels like a long time since I posted anything. Today I want to cook chili fish is cooking patin balado, it's a kind of freshwater fish, my husband has gone fishing a while ago. Since she got a rather large chunk of fish, I kept some of it in the refrigerator. This kind of fish is delicious with pineapple on it and basil leaves, but right now I'm cooking it into a balado thicket.
First we prepare ingredients for fish, Onions, garlic, and red cayenne peppers.
The first step is to clean and drain fish, then slice Onions and garlic, mashed the peppers until they are firm.
The second step heating the oil in a pan and then frying the fish first until it is a shade of brown.
When the fish have finished, then we heat the oil to fry the Onions and the sliced garlic. Saute Onions and garlic until they turn brown and then sprinkle the pepper that was spilt saute until it smells good. After you add some water, have some sugar and taste buds.
The last step after giving water is put the Fried fish in, cook it thoroughly until the water is short and then serve it while it is warm.
Thank you to hive's best friend for seeing my post, which will inspire all of you. I've been really busy lately so I don't have time to post anything. Thank you very much
