If the goal is large and distant, then achieving it can take a long time. Break it down into stages and record the results of the intermediate stages. Rejoice in intermediate victories. As soon as you see that some results are already there, you will have the motivation and energy to move on.

Keep a diary of your successes, regularly write down what you have done, track in your diary what tasks were successfully completed, what happened. And do not forget to praise yourself for this. It is very important to remember that you are moving towards your goal, which means that you are already a great fellow. A success diary is a very powerful tool. Break the goal down into steps, and rejoice in achieving each next step. Ask yourself every day: What specific step will I take towards my goal?

THREE SOURCES OF MOTIVATION TO ACHIEVE GOALS

First and foremost is having a goal. A clear, structured goal that is truly yours is inspiring. Therefore, before you start running, decide where you want to run. What end result do you want to get? Why is this goal important to you? Is she really yours? Is it not imposed on you by someone? After all, moving towards someone else's goal is much more difficult. Moreover, achieving it will not bring you joy. But when you have checked and made sure that the goal is yours, it inspires you, it is clearly formulated, it will give you strength and energy to achieve it.

The second source of motivation is results. The first results obtained are inspiring. But here it is not only your results that matter, but other people as well. There are those around you who have already achieved what you are only striving for. Meet successful people so you can recharge your energy from them.

You can focus on several examples at once. One of them may be a person who is just one step ahead of you. Not some distant star on TV or a bestselling author, but exactly the person who is nearby, but he has already achieved something.

However, examples of much more successful people will not hurt: stars, world leaders, celebrities, millionaires. Examples like these are inspiring and help keep you motivated. Read books, watch motivational videos, connect with successful people. This will give you strength and energy. This will show you that it is possible to achieve your goals.

The third source of motivation is fear. Use your fears as a tool to achieve your goal. When fear stands in front, it interferes, binds and fetters hands and feet. But if you make him your ally, if you imagine what will happen, if the goals are not achieved, how much worse your situation will be, then fear can become your assistant.

Success is closer than you think.

Thank you for your attention!!!

Peace in your home.
