Many people ask how are you? I respond I am "FINE" what I really mean is, I am confused, broken,betrayed, useless, never enough, anxious, fragile, I am falling apart and you do not notice it. Pathetic, annoyed, rejected lonenely and defeted. Listen to that simple word and if someone answer fine. Reach out to them and help them go through their darkest feeling.
