here on behalf of @NaturalMedicine – I had a realization that I was actually attached to my pain for it served me in some way like wanting sympathy or such. Once I realized this it freed me up and I could let it go and heal, leaving that pain behind. How liberating it is to be able to ask yourself questions like what is this serving, is that "my" voice or is it something else! And to remind yourself for what you are doing things for - glad you are having fun writing!
