I see, well it doesn't necessarily have to be random though, you can plan to have perhaps an eye checkup every 4 months if you have already seen the Optometrist previously and you had quite a healthy eye. Optometric checkups doesn't really take much of a time, it is more or less a a walk in procedure.

If you have special conditions regarding your eye then your Optometrist may want to see you perhaps every month regarding your treatment. But yes, i guess the point i was hoping to put across is for us to adopt the habit of regular checkup with our Optometrist.
