Used SteemSQL to find out who have the most Steem Power (SP) and got the following table. Also used SteemSQL to calculate the total SP of all the accounts and got the number of 189,722,990, which is nearly 190 millions.

Explanation of the Table

The SP Ranking table shows :

The first 5 accounts have more than 50% SP
The first 72 accounts have more than 75% SP
the first 300 accounts have more than 85% SP
17 accounts have more than one million SP
42 accounts have more than half million SP
143 accounts have more than 100k SP

The Millionaires

#1 Steemit

Steemit is the official account. It has more than 71 millions SP. I believe this is the asset of Steemit Inc.

#2 Freedom

I don't know who is the owner of Freedom. It has more than 7 millions SP and delegated out most of its SP. The delegatees include: askquestion, buildawhale, minnowbooster, spaminator, utopian-io. It also delegated SP to bellyrub before.

#3 Misterdelegation

I believe Misterdelegation is also an official account of Steemit. It delegated SP to trendings-grace, steemcleaners, and sndbox.

#4 Steem

Steem is the account that creates Steem user accounts and delegates SP to the new accounts.

#5 Blocktrades

Blocktrades is an exchange and a curator. Blocktrades is the curator the has the most SP. Now it also rents SP to other people.

#6 Ned

Ned is founder and CEO of Steemit.

#7 val-a & #13 val-b

As I know val-a and val-b accounts belong to the same person, an employee of Steemit.

Val-a delegate a large number of SP to Curie.

#8 Mottler

Mottler did not delegate SP to anybody and not active.

#9 Databass

Databass did not delegate SP to anybody and not active.

#10 Hendrikdegrote

Hendrikdegrote is active curator. This account is the second largest active curation account after Blocktrades.

#11 Jamesc

Jamesc delegated SP to ausbitbank, good-karma, and teamsteem.

#12 Michael-b

Michael-b did not delegate SP to anybody and not active.

#14 Minority-report

Minority-report delegated SP to other accounts

#15 Proskynneo

Proskynneo is not very active and delegated part of SP to other accounts.

不知道Freedom是谁。它有七百多万SP，大部分都代理出去给了askquestion, buildawhale, minnowbooster, spaminator, utopian-io。以前还给bellyrub代理过。

Databass既没有代理SP也不活跃。
