The written test was everything I didn't expect, hehehe, however I got good results, it was all analysis and interpretation.

I was really scared with the practical test, not because I didn't know how to defend my proposal, it was more because of the jury and the rest of the applicants, they were very cultured, prepared teachers and I barely starting in this world of teaching in a formal way.

Since all the stages of the contest are over, I feel super calm, I don't know if I am part of the permanent teaching staff, however I am happy to be part of the contracted teachers from the university.

This experience is one of the most beautiful things that are happening to me right now, in addition to my new routine. I will not fail my students.

Estos días más que difíciles y ocupados, estuvieron llenos de incertidumbre, alegría, nervios y expectativas. Desde hace poco más de un mes, estuve haciendo gestiones para cumplir con los requisitos de un concurso para docentes, ésto con el fin de pertenecer a la plantilla del personal fijo de la institución. Mi nueva rutina.

Ya vengo cumpliendo funciones como profesora contratada, y aunque en las universidades públicas nacionales como ésta, los sueldos son super bajos, tengo la esperanza de que pueda mejorar en algún momento.

Estuve todos estos días súper, hiper, mega estresada e inquieta, debía cumplir con ciertos requisitos y documentación en un lapso de tiempo, eso también requería una cantidad de dinero que sino hubiese sido por el apagado de mi cuenta en Hive no lo lograba. Luego presenté una prueba escrita y para finalizar el proceso, una evaluación teorico-practica.

La prueba escrita era todo lo que no esperaba, Jejeje, sin embargo obtuve buenos resultados, todo fué análisis e interpretación.

Realmente estaba asustadisima con la prueba práctica, no porque no supiera defender mi propuesta, era más bien por el jurado y el resto de aspirantes, eran docentes muy cultos, preparados y yo apenas comenzando en éste mundo de la docencia de manera formal.

Ya que terminaron todas las etapas del concurso, me siento súper tranquila, no se si quedé dentro de la plantilla de docentes fijos, sin embargo estoy contenta de formar parte de los docentes contratados de la universidad.

Ésta experiencia es una de las cosas más bonitas que me están pasando en estos momentos, además de mi nueva rutina. No les fallaré a mis estudiantes.
