[ENG-ESP] Shade Netting | Sun and Dust Control for Backyard yeard 🏡

A while back, I shared some ideas we used to try to protect ourselves from the sun in one of the outdoor areas of the house 🏡. I'm referring to the use of recycling through CDs 💿. It was a great idea that lasted a long time, but right now we have another problem that needed more reinforcement.
I'll quickly tell you what happened. A couple of months ago, they began repairing some sewage pipes, which led city staff to tear up an entire street with heavy machinery. This street runs right next to our house 🏡. The truth is that after they fixed the pipes, they closed the trench with the same debris and dirt they removed when they dug it.
You can imagine the mess the street ended up in, which, by the way, was the only one without potholes. It now looks like it's all dirt. Total chaos! The dust is practically inside the house, the outdoor kitchen, the countertops, the floors—everything is covered in dust.
Given this situation, especially in the yard, we decided to look for an alternative to cover the area from the sun and at the same time combat the heavy dust raised by the work done on the street. To solve this problem, I bought a black polyethylene mesh that provides a lot of shade. It has also worked as a filter to prevent large amounts of dust.
The mesh is great. If you want to try it, it can even be used to cover parking areas, for nurseries, or as an awning. In short, it's quite useful. However, in this case, we used it to minimize the direct entry of sunlight, dust, and also the strong breeze that comes with changes in temperature. climate.
This type of material is actually quite durable and washable; just a hose with moderate water pressure is sufficient. Plants🌵 also benefit from this mesh, because they don't get direct sunlight, as is the case with those that thrive in indirect sunlight.
This type of mesh can be found at any "El Castillo Textil" store. With the uncontrolled price fluctuations, I'm not sure what the current price is, but I bought it for $3.50 per meter at the time. The good thing about buying at El Castillo, which I haven't seen elsewhere, is that the width for every meter of length you buy is 4 meters, so you can save even more.
This mesh can be secured with different materials. On the house's cyclone fence, it was held in place with strapping, which is a plastic tie. They were used in black 🖤 just like the color of the mesh, so they are not noticeable.
This area of the house, since this mesh is installed, is more protected not only from the sun, but also from dust, and even from investigators, hehehe, because everyone who passed by could see if we were sitting down eating or cooking. My husband would even count the hours of cooking to laugh at him. Hehehe.
This mesh is also decorative; it looks better than many other options for the same purpose, so it will also give the space an ideal rustic style. It's totally worth buying this type of material, and compared to a block wall that could be the solution on this side of the house 🏡, this mesh still lets in ventilation thanks to its small holes, as well as a bit of dew on rainy days, which is ideal for the plants 🪴, and it's even much cheaper than building. It's super beneficial. For us, it's an ideal option for the patio, and we're taking steps to buy this mesh for the front sunroom 🏡. For this and more, I recommend it 100%.
That's all for this experience. Thanks to everyone for stopping by. And to the
