Monday roast lamb and vegetables

After a long day a nice roast dinner is perfect especially if you are really hungry. After my dad, my brother and I got back from basketball training my Mom cooked up a mouth watering roast lamb and fresh steamed vegetables

It was amazing along with the delicious gravy my dad @bmj made to go on top of the lamb and potatoes. A roast lamb is definitely one of my favourite thing to eat for dinner and the left overs are perfect to make a spectacular lunch sandwich the next day.
