This is one of several government buildings in a district. This building is where the district government and its employees work every day to organize all matters. Be it diplomacy, finance, community and culture and various other matters for the benefit of the district.
However, I will not discuss those tasks. I focus on the architecture and its characteristics.
In terms of color, shape of carvings and several other prominent parts of this building. Reflecting its characteristics. About customs, culture and wisdom.
One of them is the dome of this building. Which is made to resemble a turban, but of course this is different from turbans in general. This is a little higher and just a turban (cloth wrapped around the head) like the turban worn by Middle Eastern people.
This is KOPIAH. The regional name for turban. Not just a turban. This indicates that there is a history behind it. The turban or Kopiah which is part of this dome. It is a form of a turban that was once worn by a very famous fighter during the time of fighting colonialism. Where the fighter came from this region.
As a tribute or to commemorate a fighter who fought colonialism until he achieved independence. One part of his characteristics is marked by the turban that he often used. This is so that the successors and the next generation continue to display the figure of a hero who has rendered services.
