This story began exactly 10 years ago. And even then it was more like fiction than truth. There was then a festival of underwater photography in Moscow Golden Dolphin. Passed this action then pathetically in the Gostiny Dvor. There for a few days all those who are related to diving in our country gathered. There were also numerous representatives of popular dive-resorts.
I then came across a stand of one resort on Sulawesi - Minahasa Lagoon. Well, I talked with their representative and went on .. Who knew that the next day I will be awarded as a prize for the 1st place in the competition trip to this Lagoon? About Sulawesi, I already knew what the chip is in there. Lembeh is a strait in the north of the island. On the one hand the Indonesian villages, and on the other side the volcano and the jungle. By the way the most that neither is real, with wild animals and reptiles different. I saw scolopendra and scorpions with my own eyes ...
So underwater there is immeasurably more of these animals. Well, not that all of them were poisonous or toothy. Of course not. But you will not find such strange animals anywhere else in the world. I personally know a couple of places. And there the concentration is just off scale. That's why the entire shore of the volcano is in small dive-resorts. Where people from all over the world come to spend 5-6 hours a day crawling through black volcanic sand in search of even more unthinkable creatures.
Fortunately, these monsters are very peaceful and swim reluctantly. And by the size can be and at all from a match head. So on the sand you have to crawl with a large magnifying glass. Well, or with a macro lens. For a day there, on several square meters, you can see new species of animals, as in all previous life, including hiking in the zoo ..
