Hi, I'm pleased to share with all these beautiful people from the Wednesday community, and also send a shout out to my friend 
I always have the habit of going for a walk in the community where I live, when I do not do it in the morning, I do it in the afternoon, this is very healthy for health, recommended by experts and specialists in the field. It is very good for everything, and even more so for circulation and pains in the body.
So today would be different, as I would leave my place of comfort and I set out to change space and place, I headed into town for a change. I walked through a large part of the centre until I reached the place, that is, the exit, which would be the goal I had set myself.
I started from where the transport dropped me off at half past six in the morning (6:30 am) and started walking, not stopping little by little, then picking up the appropriate pace, going along a few streets and avenues.
This is part of the village, passing by the square, the cathedral, what better space to do some sport, following the route wuauu, walking is good, I always go out alone as I have no one to accompany me, but better this way I concentrate on what I do and not get distracted. Unless I stop and take pictures 😁.
Here I am at the end of the goal, arriving at the exit of the village, to then turn back, achieving the goal, a little exercise outside my community is good, although I recommend and more when we are women and we walk alone, it is always good not to go through the same place, but to vary, unless it is a gym.
