Es un lugar donde se conjugan perfectamente sus bellezas naturales y sus leyendas históricas. Fue construido por los españoles en 1799 con el fin de defender las bocas del río Neverí. Se encuentra en el complejo turistico Cerro el Morro, ubicado en Lecheria, edo Anziategui - Venezuela.
