Sometimes I can get to sleep like an angel, but there are times when a thousand things invade my head and don't let me sleep. Normally these things have to do with work to be done, ideas to be developed, which jump into my head and don't let me fall asleep. In some cases I have had to get up in the middle of the night and start working on that pending idea or thing. After I finish, I can quietly close my eyes. It is as if the brain continues to work despite being asleep. The result of those sleepless nights: a few raccoon eyes and a broken body as if a train had run over me. It should be easier to "turn off" our brain. Greetings, @tarazkp!
