I don't know very much about the subject of voodoo, but from what little I have read about it, I think that most people are only looking at one aspect of it. I've read that there is more to it than it just being a dark, evil, mystical ritual of revenge and malicious acts against other people who are considered enemies.
I've scanned a few books about voodoo spells or curses, but I'm not sure if all of those things were accurate or what source was used. A lot of us have seen horror movies that involved voodoo dolls and curses, so that's all some of us have ever learned about the practice or religion of voodooism.
