It looks as if the new hurricane, which was named Harvey, will be hitting Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi in a major way if it keeps picking up speed. Hopefully there won't be much damage or any loss of lives. After what Louisiana went through a few years ago with Hurricane Katrina, I'm sure that the threat of this new hurricane must be extra scary for them.
