Mathjs is an open source application that can be use for many mathematical projects. Mathjs can be used as a command line, runs on any JavaScript engine.

It supports numbers, strings, fractions, arrays, units and matrices. This also does symbolic computation perfectly and compatible with JavaScript’s built-in Math library.
