Websites, like we know are made of different things like frameworks, libraries, assets, and utilities. Bower manages all these things for you with ease.

Bower is simply optimized for the front-end. If you have multiple packages that depend on a package - JavaScricpt for example, Bower will download JavaScricpt for you at once.
