Hi everyone,

During my absence from the platform, while looking through my computer, I came across this photo that reminded me of an anecdote from New Year's 2023.

To celebrate the New Year, I tried my hand at making a Christmas tree cake, and visually the result was acceptable.

When buying the food colorings, the seller hadn't specified that they were meant for fondant and not for whipped cream. This type of food coloring is extremely concentrated, very messy, and particularly hard to wash off.

Seeing my hands stained green after making the cake, my family (my brothers, sister-in-law, and cousins) were scared to eat it, especially since they had to work the next day. To reassure them,.I had to remove the green cream from their portions.

As for me, I ate the cake with all its whipped cream, which left my tongue, lips, and teeth green for three days.

A memorable adventure that we still laugh about today.

Best regards
