Red Cross Deputy Regional Director Martin Faler said in a statement that one-third of Bangladesh and Nepal area floods have been flooded. On the other hand, four northern states of India have been flooded. A total of 10 million people live in these states. So far, millions of people have been displaced in flood.

Martin Foler said, "It has been one of the most humanitarian problems in the past many years. The urgent action needs to be taken to meet the daily needs of millions of people affected by floods. Millions of people from Nepal, Bangladesh and India are facing severe food crisis due to flood and diseases are due to contaminated water.

The height of flood water in Bangladesh has already reached Recordsima. It is feared that the height of this river will continue to increase even if the water from the inflorescence of Indian rivers flows in the coming days.
