Spinach is a leafy vegetable which is good source of nutritions. A complete pack of iron , vitamins , calcium and Many more. And when it is from your home garden....it become more healthier and gives immense happiness.

How are you all ? Hope you all are good and enjoying yourself. I am also good and enjoying myself.
Last time i shared about how our spinach plant got burnt due to wrong use of neem oil spary. And before that it was damaged due to a storm and heavy rain.
Luckily this time its has been successful. Yesterday finally we get some spinach leaves from our home garden. For this year it was our first harvesting, and it really feel so good .
We sowed seeds almost 40 days ago....and till last 22 oct there was not good growth. It was look like this :
We also planted spinach roots at one place ....whose growth was also good.
That day i was thought This time too it may not be successful....but my sister-in-law tell me that wait for one week more . And truly, an amazing thing happened....within 10 days there was good growth in spinach.
Yesterday we feel like that this is the good time for first harvesting. We also need some baby leaves , so we plugged both small and big leaves.
Than we start to plug the leaves and we get almost half basket spinach leaves.
We want to regrowth the leaves again so we didn't plug the stem...we cut it with the cutter ...and leave stem there.
So, within 2 months we get our first batch of spinach.
I am really grateful for this. Harvesting your own vegetable gives another level of happiness and satisfaction. And we get lesson that We must keep trying....someday we will definitely get success. The most important thing is that we must stay patient...😄
