Hello nature lovers 馃檹

How are you all ? Hope you all are good and enjoying yourself. I am also good and relaxing and enjoying with the nature.

Many times i shared about curry leaves plant from my home /kitchen garden. This time there are 5-6 plants there, 2 are big and rest are small. So we plugh lots of leaves and disturbed to Neighbors. Still, lots of leaves were saved...So my father-in-law gave me the idea that why not dry these leaves and make powder. We have never done this before...Because we have used fresh leaves always....Which is really very satisfying.

But I wanted to try something new, so I just separated all the leaves, washed them thoroughly and kept them aside to dry.

It dried on this cloth for a day and then i dired it directly. I dried it inside, did not keep it in the sunlight.

It took like 7 days for the curry leaves to dry properly.

Look, it started looking like this . The colour has also changed and can be easily crushed by fingers.

So, after one week , i put leaves in the mixer jar, and made the powder.

We all know how useful and nutirious curry leaves are. IT has many uses.

Curry leaves is rich in fiber and lots of other nutrients. Which not only increases the taste of food but is also very beneficial for health.

We can use curry leaves powder in making any curry, snacks, soup, raita etc. I have just used it to make curry and it really is amazing.

Curry leaves are also useful in making hair and face mask. I am also thinking of trying something like this. Have you ever prepared a mask from this?

Seriously this is quite simple and easy if you have excess curry leaves . Now I love even more this most useful plant in my garden 馃彙.

I hope you found this useful and will try it 馃榾.

Thank you so much for your valuable time, support and love 馃馃尭
