Angie woke up at 5 AM and another day began.
She looked at the house around her as her husband and her two children got up and prepared for the day.
They never knew to clean up after themselves - that was her job.
All she could say as she got them their breakfast and wiped down the benches after, did the dishes, cleaned the rooms, wiped the benches etc was "Thank you Lord for Jif!!!"
Her husband drove the kids to school and she began her jobs.
Each of the rooms were systematically scrubbed one by one.
All the clothes were washed, dried and ironed (incluing undies and hankies - needed to get the corners right).The rooms had to be deodorized to make sure they didn't have any lingering smell of sports grub from the kids.
She finished about 3 in the afternoon. Just in time to think about dinner.
The kids got home at 3:30 - bags on the floor with the gym gear. They both flopped on the couch.
"Is there anything to eat?"
"I don't know - what would you like?"
Her son looked up at her: "Didn't you go to the shops and get some groceries?"
She shook her head.
He turned to his sister. "When Dad gets home we'll get him to take us out for Pizza again. Mum's decided not to leave the house."
"His sister looked up. "Are you OK Mum?"
She sighed, nodded and left the room.
