I am not financially secure. And in 3 years I am going to hit 40. I know that sounds too horrible to hear. I think some of my bad life choices leads me towards that. And I can tell you that I am working harder every day for changing that part.

Here's my process to get out of the financial slump.

1. Job One
I am currently am employed in one job which I am working from home as of now. Pay is good enough for the monthly salary. And also it pays most of the bills and the everyday routine expenses. But that is not going to make me financially secure in next few years. But I have to keep the job for having enough money in hand.

This job hopefully I don't have to leave till I reach 50 minimum. So that is the path I wish to take with stability for now.

2. Job Two
I don't have second job right now but thinking about booking myself with this job so that I can take over the job one. And the saving from this job would help me with the investment that can last my old age. I do have enough so far for the kids education but I am not much moving ahead with the current set of the investments.

I hope to mix this second job with the freelance gigs and wish to earn from the same that can make it easier for me to stay on track with the financial independence.

3. Cryptocurrency Investment
My current crypto portfolio contains BCH, BTC and few other coins. I have realized that earning most of the ETH based tokens is a pain. And during the withdrawal or swap time such type of the coins are more painful when converting into the fiat. So I am trying to keep the portfolio of BCH and BTC more stronger and may also consider investing into coins which have low transaction fees. Sometimes a lot of coins are pushed without even thinking about the transactions fees.

4. Rented Income
I think unless we have recurring income we never be financially free in this world. And I want to do that with the rented income. I want to take risk and make sure to invest my resources in such way that rented income can take care of my investment and easily replace the jobs that I plan on doing till old age.

I have lot of things in my mind but the execution is the problem. I went into my 30s with only dreams and never really executed anything. I guess I need to work on a lot of things to make it easier for myself to manage things one thing at a time and can take me towards financially secure journey.
