Those are the months that ends in -ber like SeptemBer, OctoBer, NovemBer and DecemBer.
So what if those months end in "ber"?
It means that in the Philippines, it's the start of the Christmas season. The beginning of the countdown for Christmas. People and establishments are starting to decorate their places, holiday songs blasting here and there, heavy traffic getting more and more heavier from the traffic of people going shopping for holiday sales, the prices of Christmas-related food items rises up due to demand, and more.
