I would have to push back a bit and say we shouldn't be supporting any social networks decentralized or otherwise that doesn't give it's participants the value they contribute to the network. That should be the idea point blank. Users provide the content and engagement and that's how it's more than likely going to work in the future.
There are no guarantees in posting and creating and building crypto however there should be. I believe we're moving into a metaverse, nft and virtual economy where those things will be the norm. So i'm not slamming hive i see it as a step in the right direction on a evolutionary level.
However, at some point we need to completely stop supporting any neofeudalist systems which is what we call the modern day version of capitalism which isn't that but that's another topic. We should support projects only like bitcoin myk or similar projects. It doesn't even have to be bitcoin myk i only mention that because it's on hive.
However it uses an intuitive algorithim that rewards you automatically, not a person the system does it. It's not left up to 30 guys or some whale who decides to bless you one day. That's not consistent and that's not the most efficient or best solution. so it almost doesn't even have to be said. I know it's going to naturally move to this type system
