Earlier last week I decided to split my weekly giveaways into two different categories. One for Splinterlands cards that will be published every Monday and another one for SBI shares that I will publish every Friday starting next week.
I hope to create a weekly SBI factory that keeps growing and distributing shares among active Hive writers that engage with other people's content by commenting and upvoting.
I love the SBI project and the incentive it gives for content creators to post more often. It is crushing to put effort into making a good post and have no upvotes, at least by owning some SBI shares you get a guaranteed upvote that can help your post reach more people.
The prize will be decided by the last week's post reward. I will use 100% of my post reward to buy Hive SBI shares and distribute them to 3 different winners.
Example: If this post pays me 6 Hive (Liquid + Hive power) I will distribute 2 Hive SBI shares to 3 different randomly picked comments.
In case the number is not divisible by 3 the first pick will receive more units than the third.
I'm going to explain this in the simplest manner possible: For every share of Hive SBI I buy I get a chance to sponsor someone with an equal share. For example, I buy a share and send your username on the Memo. I get 1 share and you also get 1 share.
These shares grant you an upvote on your Hive posts FOREVER, the more shares you have the more and bigger upvotes you get. There is no point in participating if you don't make any posts on your account.
