The front salve or front of somervault is the movement of
roll (roll) in the air toward the front. So the body can
spinning in the air, posture should be round. Round axis
Salto movement is called the transfersal axis of rotation. If seen

front, it's just salto skills are done in the air.
The salto rotation must be at least 360 degrees. This one round

doing front salto is as follows.
a. Prefix: Start a few steps.
b. Reject: Replace with both feet to

arms swung strongly upward.
c. Kite: When it reaches maximum jump point,
hands hugging knees, and head
looking down.
d. Landing: Towards the landing, hand grip
released, both knees straightened, then
landed in a standing position. Some common mistakes when doing salto movement
forward.
a. Feel less strong.
b. Arms do not swing strongly upward.
c. The direction of stepping is too front, so the jump is less
high. This error will result in you falling
in a sitting position.
d. The body is less round, because the knee is not folded into the chest or
hands do not hug the knee and head not down.
e. When landing arm is not stretched up, but at
swing forward, thus reducing the current balance
landed. After doing the front salto yourself, do it with
your friend's help. Here's how to do it.
a. Help consists of two people.
b. Three people holding each other.
c. You are in the middle trying to do front salto
while holding your friend.
d. The handle must be strong.
e. Avoid training without supervision of your teacher.
