Idk if I'm late or not.. Ahaaaha, ;v; (Welp, a proud artwork nonetheless)
This is my first time joining art contest in Steemit. Found pixel art contest host by 
The pixel art is called (Hot Chocolate)
I started of searching for "Hot Chocolate" in Google to find ideas and inspiration
(To be honest, I'm now craving for it after seeing the pictures >3<)Then i sketch out the my ideas in photoshop
My ideas was mainly just hit chocolate, but then from my previous post on my christmas drawing was kinda elf-ish look character. Which is why i drew an elf on the marshmallow which looks like its rowing on it.. Ahahaha I'm a sucker for cute stuff (つд⊂)ｴｰﾝI transfer the sketch into 100px100p with 72 resolution to convert it into pixel art.
After that i just colour according to what I wanted it to look like. It ended up like this
To make it more interesting, I simply animate it by making the elf on the marshmallow floating on the hot chocolate while holding a candy cane, add a bit of snow in the drawing annnddddd.. VIOLAAA~
In my opinion, i prefer the smaller version. Cause it's cuter XD

ps: I legit on repeat hearing Sia's christmas song while making this, which explain the candy cane and snowman :)
