Too much pressure at office now a days and too many movement. Walking and watching this beautiful sunset was beautiful.
Moving here and there and walking in the morning to the bus stop and coming home walking from bus stop always help me to get more steps.
Playing with kids was a part of the steps as usual. Done 10k + again and counting...
