This double date was very painful for the Venezuelan national soccer team and we could only get 1 point out of a possible 6. Definitely losing 4 to 0 against Bolivia and tying 0 goals against a Uruguayan B team set off the alarm bells in the heart of the Venezuelan team and in the fans. Although it is true that losing one of the two matches was in the cards, we did not expect to be so far away from the 4th place that we were so excited about. Now we have two direct rivals, Bolivia and Paraguay, which, from their strengths, will try to reach Venezuela in terms of points.

There is much to reflect on and correct in terms of approach and play. Crucial matches are coming, in which the pressure can play against us if the water rises to our necks, and I must say that we are not far away from that. It is getting late for us to finally give a blow on the table to give us the quality leap that can take us to the World Cup. I will be waiting for you in the video for you to know my cold comments on this painful double date, a big hug!
