As everyone should know, it is called soundtrack to songs that are used for series, movies, animations, documentaries, among other audio visual formats, they can also be called openings or endings but to describe more of this would be boring, I think everyone already understood the point. Now, why in the title of the post says "Representative Soundtracks", well, what I really want to highlight are those that have stayed in my mind after watching a series or movie; I say they are representative because they do not feel like random songs and it seems that somehow they were made especially for that production taking into account its essence and genre.
Some examples of what I want to give you to understand would be the movie Titanic (1997) and the song "My heart will go on" by Céline Dion; the series Game Of Thrones and the song "Game of Thrones Theme" by Ramin Djawadi or the series Friends and the song "I'll Be There for You" by The Rembrandts; I could go on but I will only mention these. I consider that they have a good relationship because they are very linked and I feel that one cannot exist without the other, or at least they would lose a lot of sense.

Como todos deben saber, se le llama soundtrack a canciones que son utilizadas para series, películas, animaciones, documentales, entre otros formatos audio visuales, también se les pueden llamar openings o endings, creo que con esta descripción ya todos entendieron el punto. Ahora, ¿Porqué en el titulo del post dice "soundtracks representativos"?, bueno, lo que realmente quiero destacar son esos que se han quedado en mi mente luego de ver una serie o película; digo que son representativos porque no se sienten como canciones al azar y pareciera que de alguna manera fueron hechas especialmente para esa producción tomando en cuenta su esencia y género.
Algunos ejemplos de lo que quiero darles a entender serían la película Titanic (1997) y la canción "My heart will go on" de Céline Dion; la serie Game Of Thrones y la canción "Game of Thrones Theme" de Ramin Djawadi o la serie Friends y la canción "I'll Be There for You" de The Rembrandts; podría continuar pero solo citaré estas. Considero que tienen una buena relación porque están muy enlazadas y siento que uno no puede existir sin el otro, o por lo menor perderían mucho sentido.

In this opportunity I am going to show you three soundtracks that I consider to be the perfect complement for their respective series, they are the most recent ones that I have seen and I have liked a lot, they are very particular and interesting songs. I want to make clear that this is not a recommendation of these series, I'm just focused on these fantastic songs that from my point of view did their job very well.
En esta oportunidad les voy a mostrar tres soundtracks que considero son el complemento perfecto para sus respectivas series, son de las mas recientes que he visto y me han gustado mucho, son canciones muy particulares e interesantes. Quiero dejar en claro que esto no es una recomendación de estas series, solo estoy enfocado en estas fantásticas canciones que desde mi punto de vista hicieron muy bien su trabajo.
1- Known as "Main Titles" and composed by the American Theodore Shapiro for the science fiction and mystery series "Severance", it is a song with a melody that feels very mysterious and dark but at the same time is pleasant to listen to, I would not know how to say it exactly but I feel that the chord sequence is exemplary and contagious, it creates a kind of uncertainty or questioning in my mind that makes me feel strange. In this piece the piano prevails as the main instrument. Every time I went to watch a chapter I felt anxious both to listen to the song and to watch the series. This is not a top but it is certainly the one I like the most.
1- Conocida como "Main Titles" y compuesta por el estadounidense Theodore Shapiro para la serie de ciencia ficción y misterio "Severance", es una canción con una melodía que se siente muy misteriosa y oscura pero a su vez es agradable de escuchar, no sabría como decirlo exactamente pero siento que la secuencia de acordes es ejemplar y contagiosa, crea como una especie de incertidumbre o interrogante en mi mente que me hace sentir extraño. En esta pieza prevalece el piano como instrumento principal. Cada vez que iba a ver un capitulo sentía ansiedad tanto por escuchar la canción como por ver la serie. Esto no es un top pero ciertamente es la que mas me gusta.
2- This song was used as the main theme of the drama series "The Morning Show", it is called "Nemesis" and is performed by the British Benjamin Clementine. This song has several peculiarities, the most outstanding are perhaps the rhythmic vocal sounds that sometimes the singer makes, in my opinion they are very funny and original; I also like the strange percussion that is heard especially at the beginning, in fact I could not decipher what instrument it is, if you get to recognize it please tell me in the comments.
2- Esta canción fue usada como tema principal de la serie de drama "The Morning Show", lleva por nombre "Nemesis" y es interpretada por el británico Benjamin Clementine. Esta canción tiene varias particularidades, la mas resaltante quizá son los sonidos rítmicos vocales que en ocasiones realiza el cantante, a mi parecer son muy divertidos y originales; también me gusta la extraña percusión que se escucha sobre todo al inicio, de hecho no sabría descifrar de que instrumento se trata, si llegas a reconocerlo por favor me lo dices en los comentarios.
3- Finally we have "Cold Little Heart" by British singer Michael Kiwanuka, a song that was used for the drama series "Big Little Lies". What attracts me to this song are its exceptional choruses and the psychedelic tones that they bring, the synthesizer serves as an excellent complement; while I am writing this I am listening to the song and the only thing that comes to my mind are the protagonists of the series and the dramatic atmosphere so characteristic of it, which certainly tells me that this soundtrack has done the job. I ask you to listen to this song in its entirety, I know you will thank me for it.
3- Por último tenemos "Cold Little Heart" del cantante británico Michael Kiwanuka, canción que fue utilizada para la serie de drama "Big Little Lies". Lo que me atrae de esta canción son sus excepcionales coros y los tintes psicodélicos que estos aportan, el sintetizador funge como un excelente complemento; mientras estoy redactando esto estoy escuchando la canción y lo único que me viene a la mente son las protagonistas de la serie y la atmosfera dramática tan característica de la misma, lo que ciertamente me indica que este soundtrack ha hecho el trabajo.
