CRYPTO-NEWS
Japanese bitcoin exchange Coincheck has resumed expended its lending services to other cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Ripple and Monero alongside Bitcoin.
Japanese exchange Coincheck enables users to lend their cryptocurrencies to Coincheck upon agreement of a loan contract. Upon the termination of agreement, Coincheck returns the lenders cryptocurrency along with an added interest. Annual interest rates vary from 1% to 5% for a year’s deposit into the interest paying accounts.
Till now Coincheck was limited to Bitcoins only but recently it has expended its services to other cryptocurrencies which is seen as a bullish step in cryptocurrency.
BITCOIN REGULATION
The planned introduction of regulations for the bitcoin industry in South Korea this year is currently in state of oblivion, as government and other concerned authorities failed to take a unified decision.
The growing popularity of crypto compelled authorities to launch Digital Currency Task Force . Digital Currency Task Force main task was to figure out regulatory and licensing parameters for the cryptocurrencies.
Participants in the task force include the Bank of Korea, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Financial Supervisory Service and various academic and legal experts.
However, in-spite of several meeting, the task force yet to make progress. As per Business Korea, participants have supposedly ‘failed to agree on whether the virtual currency should be included in systems right now and how the systems will work if included.’
CHOLESTEROL, A SEED TO HEART ATTACK
You might have come across number of articles related to heart diseases and one of the most spoken heart disease causing agent is high level of cholesterol. Similarly, you might also have come across statistics showing how heart diseases are on rise because of unhealthy food or cholesterol enriched died. Thanks to advance medical researchers, they have finally succeeded in introducing a pills which is designed to stop fatty deposits from clogging the arteries; consequently, prevents stroke, angina and heart attacks.
The pills helps the body's immune system to attack a protein, called PCSK9, that actually helps LDL, bad cholesterol, to build up in the blood stream.

Recently, a video surfaced on the social media in which the mother spends the final stages of labour in a birthing pool, with delivery taking place either in or out of the water. This is actually known as water birth. This type of water birth gained popularity soon because of the fact proponent believe water birth results in a more relaxed, less painful experience that promotes a midwife-led model of care.
However, recent report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention finds that newborns are being infected after water births with Legionnaire's disease which is bacterial form of pneumonia.
NASA, National Aeronautics and Space Administration
NASA says its planet hunting telescope has found 10 new planets outside the solar system that are likely the right size and temperature to potentially have life on them. This planet hunting telescope, aka Kepler telescope, upon culmination of its mission has found nearly 49 planets in Goldilocks zone for possible life.
Kepler scientist Mario Perez says that means that “we are probably not alone”, because the data acquired with the telescope reveals that planet having earth like properties do exist. Furthermore, NASA also announced 219 new planets.
IRAN SENDS A MESSAGE WITH MISSILE
TEHRAN: Iran has targeted ISIS in Syria with missiles in retaliation for deadly attacks in Tehran.
This Sunday, the elite Revolutionary Guards launched six missiles from western Iran into Syria’s mostly militant Islamic State group-held Deir Ezzor province, hitting an ISIS command base.
