Aceh Tsunami Museum is a museum in Banda Aceh that was designed as a symbolic monuments to the devastating earthquake and tsunami of the Indian Ocean in 2004 while education center and emergency shelter.
Aceh Tsunami Museum designed by the architect of the origin of the city of Bandung, West Java province, named Ridwan Kamil. This museum is a four-storey structure with an area of 2,500 m² of wall covered in geometric relief lengkungnya. In it, visitors enter through a narrow and dark alleys between two high water wall to recreate the atmosphere and the panic of the moment of the tsunami.
