My Happy Place : Ladies of Hive Contest
My happy place is something I do that makes me feel happy with myself, that brings fulfilment and satisfaction.
It may be hard to delineate but I'll try. I'm a people's person meaning when people around me are happy i am too.
However I try not to push myself to far to the point of unhappiness in trying to please others.
Probably this part of me influenced my choice of profession as I have always believed in going a bit extra or making conscious efforts to see that the next person is fine.
I look forward to reaching out, to helping others, to volunteering, to as much people as possible. I'll say this is my happy place.
Although there are times I get tired and discouraged and feel like i don't get similar energy from others but then I tell myself you help because you want to and not necessarily what you get back in return.
I hope to inspire others someday, to be good enough to be a role model. I hope to spread as much love and happiness as I can. Seeing people happy is my happy place
