Here I am back to sharing black and white photos and enjoying the process. Today I bring you a selection of nature photographs, something simple but complex at the same time. why? Because I always thought colors were so necessary in this style, but I couldn't be more wrong. It took me some time to experiment and I'm still doing it and the truth is that I'm very happy with the results.

Por aquí vuelvo a compartir fotos en blanco y negro y a disfrutar del proceso. Hoy les traigo una selección de fotografías de naturaleza, algo sencillo pero complejo a la vez. ¿Por qué? Porque siempre pensé que los colores eran tan necesarios en este estilo, pero no podía estar más equivocado. Me llevó un tiempo experimentar y lo sigo haciendo y la verdad es que estoy muy contento con los resultados.

When I started photographing dragonflies, I fell in love with them because of how complex they are. I have a biologist friend who studies them and I never miss an opportunity to accompany her and take pictures of them. Today, one against the light.
Cuando comencé a fotografiar libélulas, me enamoré de ellas por lo complejas que son. Tengo una amiga bióloga que las estudia y no pierdo oportunidad para acompañarla y hacerles fotos. Hoy, una a contraluz.
Lizards are also prioritized in my photographic outings, despite being very common, they sometimes give me good results.
Los lagartos tambien son priorizados en mis salidas fotográficas, a pesar de ser muy comunes en ocasiones me dan buenos resultados.
Something as simple as a few dry branches in the water is very interesting to me.
Algo tan sencillo con unas ramas secas en el agua me resultan bien interesantes.
Unlike street photography, where I tend to walk around the city a lot to find subjects to photograph, in nature I have learned to concentrate on a small space. It's amazing how abundant wildlife is in them.

A diferencia de la fotografía callejera, en la que suelo caminar mucho por la ciudad para encontrar motivos para fotografiar, en la naturaleza he aprendido a concentrarme en un pequeño espacio. Es increíble lo abundante que es la vida silvestre en ellos.
